with version 2.2 there is no need to specify all of the values, the code will look if a value exists and act upon it, if there is no value, it returns control to the core to process. So the only values you need to add to the conf file are the values you wish to change. All those listed as default lack an entry in the config file and Anope will handle them as normal.
