Users on my network didnt identify their nick and become Guest1234.After that they cant change their nick back and got that error "Erroneous Nickname: Being held for registered user".Sometimes they can change it back after they did /msg nickserv release.Mostly, they have that error.Anyone had this problem? Thanks.

as far as i know, the statement, "Erroneous Nickname: Being held for registered user" didn't come from services. So, that might be a server or client side messages. And as for nick release timeout, it can be configured from services.conf 'NSReleaseTimeout <time>'
and lastly, its the first time i knew the kind of error you got ;b

The message "Erroneous Nickname: Being held for registered user" is an IRCd generated message used with the Invalid Nick numeric in response to a NICK message sent from the client. The exact wording is because services has put a tempory hold on the nick instead of the default behaviour of bringing a pseudo client online with the nick instead.

Yep,it didnt come from services, but it went to ircd Q:lines. It is like 30mins later,it got removed from Q:lines automitically. So,if there any way that not to add to ircd Q:lines or decrease hold time?

I believe n00bie already gave you the answer on how to do that, adjust NSReleaseTimeout in your services.conf.

# NSReleaseTimeout <time>  [REQUIRED]
#     Sets the delay before a NickServ-collided nick is released.

NSReleaseTimeout 1m

As default it is 1mins,but it doesnt release the nick. What i'm doing wrong?

This would be the result from UseSVSHOLD by the looks of it. Certainly not a bug, so that'd make it a PEBKAC if that's the only choice left
