Title: Inspircd 3.0 protocol support

Hi There


Please, can anybody tell me whether new protocol is expected for Inspircd 3.0? I have some issues when connected anope server to new inspircd version.

There's currently an open PR for InspIRCd's 3.0 protocol (https://github.com/anope/anope/pull/242) but you should be able to link fine using the 2.0 module, what error are you having?
