I can offer idea with a writing a fashion.

Each time when services will incorporate to a server they will execute the certain commands.

/msg operserv mode ...
/msg nickserv ghost ...
/msg chanserv op ...

I think sense it is clear. Though the idea and silly can

Not quite sure about the ns ghost and some other commands, but would I be right in thinking you basically want something like ircd_init ?
