Title: Option to hide the channel founder @ /cs info

It would be useful to hide the channel owner/successor @ /cs info #chan which have the PRIVATE flag (from non-opers) to hide the users of the channel. (if someone owns a channel he is usually in the channel). Or alternatively a /cs set hide option

What if a user in the channel needs to speak to the owner?  Why would you want to hide the owner?  Are they gonna get spammed or something?
