Title: restricted room and Kick and Ban

Anope 2.0.2

Hello,

there is 1 room on my server that uses the option restricted. But now in that restricted room the BotServ Bot don't kick on flood, repeat, badwords and so on.
Is that normal that the botserv bot don't kick on that  because the room is restricted? Or is there possible an other thing wrong?
On other channels the bot is kicking like it should.Does some one know this?
