having trouble figuring that out, would greatly appreciate if someone could shine some light on me :))

It isn't an anope setting. You need to set them in your ircd, they are called Aliases.

Assuming you are using Unreal (since most people do). Add this line to your config file (unrealircd.conf).
include "aliases/anope.conf";
Then save and /rehash. If you have services-server correct then the /ns, /cs .. etc .. aliases will work.

If you use another ircd, then it should have some top secret documentation as well found on the ircd's website or inconveniently located in the install directory obscurely named "doc" or "docs".
