Title: [FEATURE] Botserv case say

I would like to see this in botserv -
If whoever says whatever, then botserv responds with something else. I am unable to host a bot that will do this, and it would be nice to see this in the makings.

how about some more details.. I have no idea what this function/module is supposed to be doing based on your description other then "say something"..
