Howto remove a Permanent Channel

How to remove a Permanent Channel when the user never come back, Channel Empty
can not found any Command to remove !

I just Found , its not in Anope but in the ircd

i guess it's +P (permanent channel) channel mode; or the official-channels block. or.. idk. :)
