Normally at Networks, OperServ, NickServ, ChanServ are not in Q:lines... what happens?

I have ever seen that with unreal and anope and I think it 's same with other ircd

Services set Q lines to forbid the nicks of services and if services die nobody can take their nicks

It can be useful because I think for example when services start or restart they will kill an user who have a service nick
and Q line avoid that

As stated before, this is perfectly normal and expected behaviour. Services Q:Lines it's nicks to help prevent services impersonation in their abscence.

I'd also like you to re-read your original post, you will find that the word "error" never appears. Therefore they are *not* errors.

You've probablly never seen it before because most ircd example configs add QLines for the *Serv's by default.  Anope will only have to add them if for some reason they have been removed from the ircds config.
