How do you set the services to show oper-up's?

As of now, all I see is the 'blah is now a network administrator (N)' but on other ircd's I have also seen that it says, 'blah is now a Oper' etc

# WallOper  [OPTIONAL]
#     Causes Services to send a WALLOPS/GLOBOPS when a user becomes an IRC
#     operator.  Note that this can cause WALLOPS floods when Services
