anope will not start

any idea why this could be happening when i try to start anope? \

The first thing I can think of would be,
Is Anope connecting to the right server and the right port and is the IRCD listening on the right port and IP?
Check that any modules loaded exist incase its that.

p.s.
I've seen this error but cannot remember what It means exactly. Try above and reply if the problem continues.

Can you start Anope in debug mode and paste bin the ENTIRE log file please?

To start Anope in debug mode please use "./services -support (on *nix) or "anope.exe -support" (in a command prompt on windows)

im having the same problem but this is what it says in my logs can u assist me in what i can do ti fix it please
