PANIC! buffer PLEASE HELP

hey, can anyone try to tell me why i get this panic on my ircd ? its not the first time, and its always when a anyone connect to the server.

The out of memory suggests you are either exceeding your memory allowance or the server is under severe load and you're on the losing side.

Contact your host.
