Reset Global Max Connections
« on: December 28, 2008, 10:28:20 PM »

Is there any way, other than squitting and restarting all server IRCds simultaneously, to reset the global max connections?  We got hit with some bots and I want to reset the total.  I tried enabling raw commands and using svslusers (as superadmin), but operserv doesn't recognize the "raw" command.  We're using Unreal3.2.7 and Anope-1.7.24 (1483).

TIA

Without using raw, no. However it could be done using a module.

Also please bare in mind we do NOT support the use of, or anyone using raw, regardless of any excuse you may or may not have.

I think that a command like this should be added to the 1.9 roadmap, or scheduled to be added in the 1.8 branch.
