Title: Too many connections from your IP

I keep getting this error now.  I need to have unlimited for myself.  I have tried :
/msg operserv exception add +0 pool-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX.XXX.XXX.verizon.net 10 intel
In unrealircd.conf I have set it to 16 maxip.  What else do I need to do?

Any help is appreciated.
