sry a noob here
anyone can tell me wad program is used to open modules .dll?
-
you can't open modules once they have been compiled to a .dll
you have to open (and edit) the source .c files and then recompile the .dll
-
means .dll files are all write-protect?
ermm, can u tell me more about this, or if there is any website or pages with info about this
and, do u ppl has those .c files originally for anope
-
the .dll files are not write protect, but they are compiled code.. machine code, completely unreadable
don't know what more info you d want about it
and those .c files are called the source code and they are available for download as well... when installing on *nix you need them to compile anope :)

You shouldn't edit anything but configfiles or you will loose support.
As oper you can list all sz/s/g... lines and add/remove them in irc.
