Do /msg NickServ set autoop on for your nick. As a serv admin/root you can also do /msg NickServ saset nick autoop on

And for all newly registered nick' you need to enable NSDefAutoop from the services.conf so that all registered nick's will have AUTOOP settings to ON :)
