i dont want to encourage you, but if you have a larger amount of users in your chan and have a server already (like cuz of a webserver?), you could build your own ircd and services. :) (if you have shell access)
although there are several networks with anope v2.0 (so like hostserv avail) so.. :)

The other option, if you only have one or two channel(s), is to migrate ton another network with active admins.
