I know op is the most basic mode in IRC.
Though, I never understood why it's the only level that its changing thorugh CS can cause a notice, but PROTECT and HALFOP [maybe even voice?] can't.
Protect, anyway, is much less obvious to me, 'cause getting it means more permissions than getting an op.
