Title: Nickname non register

I wonder if it is possible to make a module / addon that will allow services admins to add nicknames to a list that will allow people to use those nicknames but they cant register those nicknames.

The reason i ask for that is because we use javachat and some people can be spitefull and register that nickname and that is the default java nickname.

So a module that could allow admins to set a list of nicks that cant be registered would be a great addon and help.

Hope this is a possible thing to do.

have an admin register the nick, turn kill off, empty the access list, set no expire on. Problem solved.
