you need to explain what this module is to do. "ns_limitgrouponconnect" doesn't really say anything.

Sorry ,  I mean .. I wanna limit time to users entering nick group  after connecting to the Network.

this already exists as ns_limitregonconnect

my rewrite also protects the group command
