Someone can a Module Coden whit this Futures

- Failed Oper see the Login an Password

- Select a number of failed Oper ups for Kill the User

- Select optionaly a number for Gline

This would have to be an IRCd module, as Anope doesnt know about an oper up until it's successful by when the user gets user mode +o.
