Title: kick warning requst

Hello,
I have a request for botservs punishements of bold, flood, etc.

Please add the feature to warn users before any services bot kicks them. They could be newbies without any knowledge of the restrictions regarding flood, bold, etc.

Something like "warn before kick, kick after the ignoring of the warning"

Personally I don't like this idea. First, reading the posted rules of the channel is often considered your warning. Second I don't see any value in the added resource consumption for this feature.

It's easier and more cost effective to include a statement in your channel greeting that rules violations are punishable on the first offense and that not reading the rules is no excuse.

There are far too many free website providers for you to be unable to have a website with your rules posted.

Just my 2 cents.

and also, BotServ have a TTB (ttb is the number of times an user can be kicked before it get banned) kick options too.
