ChanServ - who can change the room topic

it would be nice to have an option for who can change the room topic - SOP and Founder or Founder only can change the topic

You can set the TOPICLOCK on, meaning that the topic can only be changed via /cs topic. If using levels, you can then exactly determine who can change the topic and who can't (i believe it defaults to AOP when using XOP instead of levels)

for the XOP system - if you only want the Founder to do the topic or SOPs and not let the AOPs do the topic

You'd have to enable the levels system for that. The XOP system doesn't allow unlimited flexibility, not as much as the levels system anyways.

I think what he's trying to say is there isnt much point to an option that can be achievd via some other method.
