Title: Multiple Founders

Alright I just had something pop into my mind.  Channel passwords were removed for Limited use I beleive..  And Well now that i see alot of people on the 1.8 nets im oper on seem to use /cs identify chan pass .  and I know there is 10000 level access and qop for xOP but there may be many cases where A channel Owner wants to give the same permissions for their channel to another user.

But with qop and level 10000  Do they get all of the same commands as a founder? when that is off? and when its on, are these the only cmds they cant do  drop, change founder successor ?
