i am loading the module but it don't send any message to users who is unregistered. why? unreal 3.2.5 and anope 1.7.14

Cihan, i ran the module on the same IRCd version and Anope services you are running, i.e Unreal3.2.5 & Anope-17.14. It works perfect on my network. Try setting your services in debug mode and load the module. Maybe you can find some information from debug mode :)

First, unload the module.
2nd, type, /os set debug on
3rd, /os modload ns_noticeunregistered
