Title: ability to choose which mode assigned to botserv bots

Hi,
I would like to request the ability the choose the mode which we want to assign a bot added with botserv, right now its harcoded, and it would be great if we could configure that either by the services.conf, or an option in /botserv.

so sorry xnemesis, I had asked about this in the irc channel and someone suggested to add a feature request, it was stupid on my part not to search in the forum to see if it wasn't already added.
