how can i disable channel registration

unload the core module cs_register by deleting it from the chanserv core module list in services.conf then on IRC type: /msg operserv modunload cs_register

and if i want to register any channel so how can i load this module

then back cs_register to chanserv core module list in services.conf and then on IRC type: /msg operserv modload cs_register

Or I think there is option, or module to allow registering channels only to opers
