I waz looking for a module that voice mods or anyone that has ~ & @ % in a room?

all of those are of higher level than voice, so it would be pointless. Not to mention that most clients only display 1 status symbol, which would be the highest. That means that if a ~ also had voice, there is a good chance that no one would ever know.
