Title: chdir(~/services): No such file or directory

This is what i get when i try to start services using "./services". i've recompiled the latest services package like 3 times can't understand why this is happening, im on a unix shell. I've also tried using the debug command in the faq and still no luck its just giving me this file doesn't exist error.

I've checked if the file exists it does i've checked its permissions to see if it can be executed, it can, i don't have a clue whats going on, any ideas? :S
