Title: Disable services sets mode +r

Dear Admins and Helpers,

For anope-1.9.0-p1 when nick is identified or registered it shows services sets mode +r on nick name
 * services.somenet.net sets mode: +r

Could someone please tell me how to disable it.

In older versions there is an option where we can disable it:

# UseSVS2MODE [OPTIONAL]
#     On Unreal IRCD use SVS2MODE instead of SVSMODE, doing this will
#     show services changing user modes.
#UseSVS2MODE

But i seem can not find that kind of option in the config of the anope-1.9.0-p1.

This is actually a problem with 1.9.0 because of how it handles nick changes and nick tracking.  It's fixed in 1.9.1 (currently only in SVN).
