I use Anope 2.0.2 and would like to use 3th party module os_notinchan.php but I don't understand how to do it. os_notinchan.cpp is now located in the folder "third" But from here on I don't understand. Some people explaned it to me but I just don't get it. Is here some one who can tell me what to do in understandable English step by step? I really hope so.
