Title: ChanServ doesn't give status in new channels

I'm having a strange problem with ChanServ on my network. Basically, ChanServ isn't giving people their vop/hop/aop/sop status when they join the channel. They can still use !voice, !op, !kick, etc., and all other stuff, they just don't get their status. Founder status works fine.

This started happening after I updated from an earlier version of 1.7 to 1.7.19. But, it is only happening on newly registered channels. Any channels that existed before the upgrade still work fine. The new channels have the exact same modes and settings as the old channels.

Any ideas?

Read Changes.conf in regards to NSDefAutoOp
