How to add a module

Help I want to add Cs_join module but when i go to add it in C:\anope\data\modules and load its on os /msg os modload cs_join or cs_join.dll its have no effect The message OS share is -> *os* modload cs_join

How to add it ?

have you tried /os modload cs_join or /msg OperServ modload cs_join ?

are you sure you download the correct version of it ? if yes, can you please give me a details on your ircd, services version and such. ty :)
