Title: os global access denied???

Hi  :)
I have installed anope 1.8 stable and i have a problem:
my services oper  may no longer send global msg   ???
first worked with anope-1.8.0-rc1

why??

By default the command is limited to Services Administrators. Were you running a module that allowed them to?
