Hi,
I'm using Anope 1.9.3 (Dec 13th '10) and I have question about it.
Why when I want register any channel, chanserv don't ask about channel password?

e.g.

Also where is identify command?

The chanserv password was removed from the 1.9 branch.. access is now controlled entirely through nickserv and access lists.
