Title: Registred users pm only?

Hello im looking for help so registered users only pm,  or is there a module that well let me do this?

Can be done with IRCd's config, assuming Unreal, modes-on-connect has +R and restrict-usermode has R

That way only registered nicks can send PM's to anyone with that user mode, and only opers can set -R

Services can't help you.

Private messages are from and to the ircd. Anope doesn't even see PM's to users. You need to talk to your IRCd Support Team and request this as a feature to them.
