Undoutably because killclones has been taken out.

I'm going to make an attemp to fix this module. Although i don't know C very well, i am looking to learn. I think this is a good first project to work on.

Anyone wanna give me a little guidence on this, feel free to message me in the anope irc channel

The module needs to be updated since its very old.
