make sure you backup all your *.db files from 'services' folder and put them back to the new 1.7.19 'services' folder. But if you have encryption enabled for your previous services, also do make sure that your read the new config files (example.conf) :*

Also read all important notes from changes.conf ;) There were several changes for the configfile. But I recommend you to use the example.conf from the newest one and make the configuration from "scratch".

i don't need before upgrade to 1.7.15--> 1.7.16-->1.7.17-->1.7.18 and after 1.7.19?

P.S. the db is not encrypted, i must make a new install, right?

You can indeed upgrade directly from 1.7.15 ti 1.7.19. Just make sure to CAREFULLY read Changes.conf for changes you HAVE to make to services.conf

Then enc_* module youll need to use without encryption is enc_none.

A new from scratch config file is not needed, it's much faster to simply read Changes.conf since very little has been added/deleted from 1.7.15 to 1.7.19.

In fact, there is only 1 item added between .15 and .19 and that is the EncModule. Only 1 item removed and that is KillClones.
