Title: killprotect not working anymore

Hello,

 I use anope 2 and Unreal 3.2.10.4 and Always have been using killprotect option. Now I wanted to turn of the email option and since I have done that newly registered nicks are not killed when not identifyed. also when I turn back on "mail" My access list is empty. Can some maybe help me? Please in simple words, I am not a specialist and my own language is Dutch.

it looks like I fixed it :) Going trough NickServ.conf for the 500th time I found this:

addaccessonreg = yes
I changed that in "no" and its fine now.
