I Thank Rob & Trystan for their help and Rob for saying "<Rob> You Dummy, It should be Channel *c Not Channel *ci" :D and Trystan for Helping me Understanding it a whole lot easier :) but here it is:

This Module makes ChanServ sends a notice to EVERY
Registered Channel on the Network With the MSG you
Tell it too.

SYNTAX: /msg OperServ CHANMSG (TEXT)

Please Report Any problems you find :) or any Features i can try to improve it.

ok its been a while but i just fixed a small memory leak which wasnt too bad but would be better without the leak.

could you be a bit more specific. but /msg OperServ set debug on. do the CHANMSG command then paste the from where you do the command. but i think i already know what it was. could you re-download from the same link as i updated it again. but set your debug on before using the command.
