it is possible or is there a module showing op`s (aop, sop vop) by whom they were made
Like This:

-ChanServ- AOP list for #test:

Currently not, but I've before sugested to make module which do same thing as u want providing command /cs access #channel view , just like is for akick

it's currently possible with a module however it will not appear in the core before development branch 1.9 and no promises then either.
