anybody can check this module? this module is working with 1.7.14 .

this module do this: freeze channel and nobody can't use any chanserv command with this channel. it works but it has an error.

when a channel has frozen. if any ops enter the channel chanserv giving op to him. it is an error. okay nobody can't use /cs op command but when joining channel they are opped.

can anybody fix this module? this module is in the old modules site. you can find it in there.
