Quote
# NSAllowKillImmed  [OPTIONAL]
#     When enabled, allows the use of the IMMED option with the NickServ
#     SET KILL command.

#NSAllowKillImmed

Just remove the # from in front of NSAllowKillImmed in your services.conf file

/msg NickServ HELP SET KILL

"If you select IMMED, user's nick will be changed immediately without being warned first or given a chance to change their nick; please do not use this option unless necessary."

im not exactly sure about this 'IMMED' options, because i don't have it enabled on our network. But as far as i can understand from its own help files.. 'you wouldn't have a chance, even a seconds to indentify for that nick.'

And also, if you Ghost/Release the same nickname, as soon as you used the immed nickname, the nick will turned to Guest again.

So, as recommend by the core services, its better to Disable the NickServ 'IMMED' options!

IMMED is only good if you allow your nick to use the access list.
