Title: svsnick not working

After a bit of fiddling I managed to get rid of the Access Denied message from svsnick, but now there's something else going wrong. After sending the command

/os svsnick test test2

I get this back:

[02:50] -OperServ- The nick test is now being changed to test2.
-
[02:50] -173.32.13.23- *** Global -- from OperServ: andrewshen123 used SVSNICK to change test to test2
-

But even though it says that, the nick never changes. Any ideas?

are your services ulined? They need to be in order for anope to be able to change the nicks.
