unterminated double-quoted string

<Jordan> services.conf:614: Warning: unterminated double-quoted string
<Jordan> services.conf:615: Unknown directive `manner."'

Anyone know what to do here?

Additionally, do NOT run Anope as root. Do NOT install Anope as root. Do NOT compile Anope as root and do NOT extract Anope as root.
