Anope and hybrid_vhost
« on: March 02, 2006, 03:19:22 AM »

Hello,

I was just noticing that the hybrid_vhost module for Anope 1.7 does not appear to be working.  After a netsplit, the split servers users still are accounted for on the services bots.  For instance, NickServ still says someone is online who is actually in a split.  Also the OperServ stats numbers are coming out incorrect.

Has anyone bumped into this?

Thanks,
Timothy Grant Vogelsang

Only way this could be in hybrid_vhost is if the SQUIT are not being handled correctly. Which if that is the case all the protocol modules are broken cause it uses the same code as the others. So load up the stock hybrid module and attempt to reproduce.. the problem is likely in the core and dealing with TS6 which the core is NOT ready for.. there are tons of issues with Anope and TS6 ircds.

Thanks for the quick reply, I don't have TS6 enabled in the services.conf file.

Cheers,
