Title: Compiling

I was trying to compile the anope for windows. But everytime i get to type the make command it gets working and stops at this error:

misc.c<1228>:  error C2065:  'VER_SUITE_COMPUTE_SERVER' : Undeclared identifier
NMAKE: fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2'
Stop.

And it doesn't go any further.
Someone knows what it means?
I have MS Visual Studio 2003
