Title: Authorized Ircops

Hello:

I've an idea for a module (if it doesn't exists).

That's the authorized ircops, a module that, the SRoots and SAdmins can add authorized ircops to a list.

If someone gets the access with /oper, but isn't on the list of authorized ircops, operserv removes the +o, +A modes from that person, otherwise, It doesn't do anything :)

Could be something like /operserv ircops add, /operserv ircops del, etc.

IRC Defender does this.

Though I realise it is yet another process you have to run.
