currently when a person becomes owner in a room, the ~ symbol is added before their name. I was wondering if i can change that into something else like a dot, or asterisk? and also instead of typing /msg nickserv or whatever, can people type just /nickserv without having to include the msg part? i've checked the services.conf and there's nothing in there about it
